Kaisa and Paternoster Designs offers the following Returns Policy:

We will gladly exchange an item, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within seven days after receiving the item. In this case, please contact us. An item must be in it's original condition, not worn, shipped back to us with postal tracking number. Shipping is at buyer's expense. Exchange will be shipped after receiving the original item. We do not offer refunds.
